What should I do after waxing? I used Meguiar's Gold Class.

I would maintain the finish with a weekly wash if it's a daily driver.
To remove any dust, bird droppings or bugs (if the car hasn't been rained on) you can use a quick detailer such as Meguiars Final Detail (Part # 5101) Other quick detailers can be purchased from any automotive stores as well. Add another coat of wax in 1.5 to 2 months if it's a daily driver.
