do you remove silicone before applying MB Touch Up Paint?

Most waxes contain silicone.

So when you apply MB Touch Up Paint on small paint scratch, do you use some chemical that removes silicone residue?

Yes,,, get yourself a wax and grease remover at your local autobody supply store.
