Eagle One Wax As You Dry...

Just want everyone to know, I've started using the new Eagle One Spray, "Wax as you dry..." and it's amazing. It really works well... Just thought I would let everyone know. Hope all is well.

Thank you for info, can you provide more details?

Does it work well and does it protect well?

Does it stain rubber and trim?

Can you apply the product in the sun?

Does it help with water spotting?

Does the overspray leave a residue on the windows?

I was thinking this would be a great way to keep the daily driver protected between major details.

It does work and protect well. Does not stain or dirty anything... You apply it to the wet car, so, spots arent an issue. Just dry it like it was just water. I havn't seen any ill effects. I think you can apply it in the sun, but you may have to use extra water.

amazing stuff!

Funny that you posted a comment here about it. I just bought some from Costco a couple of weeks ago and it is pretty good, I was pleasantly surprised. I used to be one of those who spent half a day washing and waxing my cars but that changed with our 15 month old daughter. Needless to say the cars have been somewhat neglected but after washing and "waxing" with the Eagle stuff, the cars feel and look really good. Very smooth finish and super easy application. I even used it on the windows and wheels after washing then drying and I was good to go.

The instructions do say to not use it in the sun, I would suppose you don't want the stuff to dry on the car.

Funny I was just thinking about this stuff the other day at the store. I dont know if its going to be able to offer the same protection as an actual glaze and wax job but I was thinking about using it more to maintain the wax already applied. I wonder if it would have any ill effects using it with non Eagle One wax?? Probably would work good for engine detailing too, can you only use it when theres water on the surface or is that just the main selling point ??

Another thought..does it do anything bad to a synthetic dry rag such as the absorber ?

I think its a lot like the other waxes on the market, I think you have to use a real cloth with it... No absorber, but who knows?

I bought it yesterday and used it......wow!

I dont think I really have to hand wax anymore because it basically restores it to how it was!

I just (a month or so ago) finished my bottle of Eagle "as you dry" and I liked it very much.

I've found that Meguairs makes a similar product which I like just as well...Quik Wax. Easy on and off, as you dry; leaves no residue on the plastic and rubber parts; can even use in the sun.

Thumbs up Amazing, awesome super, wow, great, I love it!

WOW!, this stuff is awesome. I always had trouble getting my car to look the way I wanted after I simply washed it. I often had to wax it just to get it looking the way I like. Now this Eagle One has made it is so easy. I just love the way my car dries with this stuff. Now this truly is a miracle product. After a while, my chamois became kind of saturated with the wax, so I could just sail along and get the nicest shine you can imagine. I just love this stuff. :p

Dakota---you mentioned the Meguires Quik Wax. Have you done any direct comparison with Eagle one ? I have used both and cant tell allot of difference. BTW best to use a towel or similar drying tool, synthetic dry rags seem to leave streaks. Either way setailing the engine compartment just got a lot easier

Ive also been using the Eagle 1 quick wax for awhile. It is great. I have been mixing it in my clean soap and water bucket and use it while I wash. Dirt comes off much easier and when you are done, the car will be shining in the sun and be looking new. Add another coat and you will really get that waxed feeling and shine
