300cd 5 speed

I have a wrecked European model 300d 5 speed and would like to buy a 300cd turbo diesel and put this 5 speed in it. Any information on the conversion would be appreciated. Also anybody interested in selling a 300cd should contact me.

Try doing a search for "Ridge", this member has done several conversions as such as you are describing...

If it were me I would not hesitate at all to do this conversion. The reason is that you have both cars at hand. I would not attempt the conversion unless the donor car was setting close by while going through the process.

Hey larry, I see you sold quite a bit of your cars and the 300D in your signature makes no mention of being off the road.. is she back on the road hopefully? Just curious..
