A Sign of Things To Come??
 

OK, now I'm getting nervous. A month ago I had to replace the front brakes and rotors on my E300. No big deal, standard wear and tear. Then, 2 weeks later, my rear window regulator goes bad so I get to have that and the motor (since they are integrated) replaced. During this time, the rear view mirror gets "wiggly" just like all the other 210 mirrors out there. Finally, my check engine light come on today telling me that I have an engine electronics problem. I'll find out what that is tomorrow.

My Benz has 117,500 miles on it and the engine is running strong. However, I'm afraid I'm getting to that point of in the car's life where everything that needs to be repaired rears it's ugly head. Anyone had experience on 210s going south at 110K-120K? I've heard of some cars doing that and then once everything's fixed they are fine for another 100K. Just wondering if that's what I should be expecting.

Different car, but the 90,000 to 130,000 was the worst time for my 190. Between 130,000 and 390,000 the car has been great. IMHO things smooth out after the bump in the road.
