broken r/s door lock - PeachParts Mercedes-Benz Forum

I found why my lock was not working, the small white plastic piece that that swivals at the end of the shaft broke. Went to Mercedes to see if the part was available but was a no go. they want $250 for a new lock assembly. Does any body know of a source of indivdual parts like this for mercedes. I like my 84 300d 242kmiles and want to keep it on the road for another 20 yrs.

I have a '82 300D which I am parting out, and have the right door lock assembly for $25. Let me know if it will work for you.
