My Front End Overhaul and Engine Compartment work (New Chain, Crankshaft Seal, Timing Guides, Oil Chain Guide, Water Pump, Hoses, gunk cleanup with a Toothbrush) is done.

Now its the fun stuff. (I'm superstitious..I am guarenteeing a Head Crack/Accident) by trying to make this car look new

Now Its the FUN STUFF. The headlamp wipers.Has anyone worked on these? I notice they don' t work when the main wiper is on.
Any hints?

The headlight wipers to not operate when the windshield wiper is on. The function of the headlight wipers is to CLEAN the headlights - they only operate when you activate your windshield washer AND have the headlights on.
