Replacing climate control unit- 81-85 300SD

Is this a difficult part to replace? Blower will only put air out of the defroster and dash vents. None in floor. Thanks.

Replacing the controller isn't hard and it also is most likely not your problem.

Thanks. Then what could the problem be? No air coming out at the floor?

Most likely a vacuum leak. I tried to track one down in my '84 300SD and gave up. :rolleyes: But it isn't going to be the pushbutton unit.That much I can tell you.
