Exclamation 300 Sdl

Well Plantman, I hope you buckle down the 300 sdl and 240D, don't let them get blown away. Just maybe Ivan will turn further eastward and move out into the open Atlantic. On a serious note though, be careful and evacuate your family if you have to. I'm 43 years old and the only thing I really remember being bad, was Camile in 1969. We traveled through Mississipi and Alabama a year after that storm on our way to Miami, Florida on a vacation and I remember they were still cleaning up after that storm. Course i guess nothing tops Andrew though, although more lives were lost in Camile.

I’ve got my power back; it was only off for about 24 hours. These were taken on Sunday with the wind still gusting. One of my neighbors painted a bulls eye on the wood covering his windows.
It’s so muddy that the cars slide around just going up the driveway.

Both cars were in my warehouse for safe keeping and will be there again if need be.

When all is said and done, I believe Frances be will much more devastating than Andrew. It's path of destruction was much wider compared to Andrew's relatively narrow path.

Frances has also caused damage in The panhandle of Florida, Georgia, and Alabama

Did all of you see this week's _Autoweek_?

Mine didn't come till yesterday, but it includes a picture of a whole shed full of old Ferraris that were victims of Charlie.

Living in the "Hills of Florida", elev 164 Ft, I had no issues from either storm. -no wind damage, flooding or fuel availability problems afterwards. Although it did get nasty, it was not as bad as some of the T storms we have around here. I lost a screen enclosure and a tree as result of two separate microbursts over the last 10 years. Did see a 211 Benz driving through silt laden water in Orlando. Reminded me of the 98 E55 I saw at Daytona Beach riding through salt water on the beach a couple of years ago. I wouldn't like to buy either one used a few of years from now. You never know.
