Did I mess up or
did I do good? Folks wanted $2200. for a '77 240D & a '83 240D parts car. Th' '77 runs (at least to 70mph so far), sounds ok, sunroof works, radio gone, all else works. Got th' package for $1390. Th' '83 body is in better shape(rust wise) than th' '77 but th' '77 only has a few spots rotten(both bottom corners of th' rear window), couple spots in wheel wells. There is a line off th' #4 injector that is plugged(is that th' return line?) & a couple vac lines plugged. Probable not a gift - but I've been looking for awhile.... Th' odometer on th' '77 only has 33k+ on it and th' zero is still there - somebody must have changed out th' instrument cluster??

If you're talking about the small return line and one side is plugged and the other runs to the #3 injector, then that is how it's suppose to be.
