No air coming from center vents...
I realize that this is the diaphram leaking, and I saw a web page to rebuild it. Now all I need to know is..... where is this beast???

Hot or cold?
Only cold air is directed out of the center vents. They should close off for heated air. The actuators are located under the dash (this one near the center of the vehicle.) They are usually white plastic cylinders with a vacuum hose attached. You should see the actuator arm move when you make changes to the climate control set-up. Could just be a broken vacuum hose. Check the hose too.

Yes, it is the cold air. Fogs up the windshield.
 I figured it was in some "easy" place to get to. Thanx for the tip about the hose..... That would be great. Is there anywhere that I can see a complete layout of the vacuum system? I have a Haynes manual and it does not show it......
