Transmission Amplifier Transplant
Has anyone transplanted the Amplifier from a 1985 W123 with OM617 engine into an earlier model year without one? Is this possible without too many mods?

Yes, I did this. I also quit screwing with it due to my funky 3-4 shift, no fault of the blue amp. Email me and I have a few photos and diagrams and pics that will help you along. I had been wishing someone else would try it to be honest.
