'82 300SD Power Window won't go up/down
 
The driver-side power window on my '82 300SD recently stopped going up/down. When I depress the switch, I can hear the motor run in the door.

Any thoughts on what the problem is? I did do a brief search in the forum, but haven't found anything yet.
