FS: 300D Turbo (Needs Transmission)

1983 300D Turbo w/ ~216K
Cream/Tan
Located in Norcal

Just had a new turbo put on last year and brakes done at the begining of the summer. The transmission is having trouble engaging and don't have the time to fix it myself and do not want to pay 2-3K to get it fixed.

The car as it is, is not road safe as first gear doesn't engage. The only thing mechanically wrong with it that I know of is the transmission. Everything else is in good to excellent shape.

If interested please email me.

It always surprises me when people say they want to sell a car and don't mention.... AND don't have their location in their profile....
I suggest you look up Trans-x.... try it out... and see if it helps... if it does it will pay for itself many times in the sales price of the car....

Recently had my tranny rebuilt on my w124, through a local indie. Great job: $1,500. You might want to fix it, as few may want to pay good $$$ for a car that doesn't run.
