That caught my eyes for a second also. I believe it means they are adjustable from inside the vehicle but not electrically controlled. The little arm allows you to adjust w/o having to put the window down, smudge the mirrored glass as you tilt it first one way then the other . . .

Manual remote means it has the little arm that comes through the door so you can adjust it from the inside, just like the driver's mirror. Some W123's had electric adjustment from the console.

That's a really good price - I paid something like $35 for a used one. Then had to pop for another $10 for the interior trim plate. If you don't have an existing right hand mirror, then your current trim plate won't work.

Oops, I missed the "left" part. Same idea though.

Must be a cheapo aftermarket mirror. It'll rust in no time. I bought a front grill on Ebay that came from a company in Miami. Original grill lasted 17 years and had some pitting from driving, this one is rusting after 2 years.

You get what you pay for.

Make sure it's a LHD right side mirror if you have a LHD car. The right side mirror for a RHD car isn't angled for proper viewing from the driver seat of a LHD car.
