Need some good and quick instructions...

Call me an idiot but I need to know is there a specific way(position) that a ball joint needs to be inserted in reference to it's pivot points? Im installing a ball joint in a w201 and stopped dead in my tracks thinking that if I install this thing in the wrong position it might be possible for it to bind under certain steering positions. Am I correct or just being an idiot again? I am almost a professional idiot.

Just for future note.. its usually a good idea to include what you need help with in the title of the post..

i.e.
'Need some good and quick instructions for inserting a ball joint'
or something of that nature.

What James said is true...

Also.....

"Need some good and quick instructions"

To phrase your post this way sorta implies that most answers are not quick and good.... LOL

You read it correctly. I didn't want the advice primarily for it's quickness. I needed GOOD instructions. :D
