Anymore suggestions on the HOT air??? and blown #5 fuse??? No climate control??

As already mentioned the #5 fuse protects the Auxilliary Water Pump and the A/C Compressor Clutch if either or (as in my 'lucky' case) both of these items are faulty, the fuse will blow. If the fuse is drawing enough current to leave burn marks when it fails, I would suspect the A/C Clutch. Unfortunately if it is shorted, this may have also damaged the Aux. Water Pump and/or the ACC.
Disconnect the A/C Clutch and replace the fuse to see if it still continues to blow. If it does then find the connector for the Aux. Water Pump (not easy!) and disconnect it and try another fuse. If your ACC is damaged then you will need to repair it to get normal climate control operation. There are many threads about this if you do a search. Good luck.
