compression leak after combustion chamber removal
I just replaced my head gasket and had my head machined. I had to remove the combustion chambers to get it machined. There wern't any seals on the combustion chambers and I didn't use any sealant on the chambers. Now I have a leak around the injectors. Is anyone familiar with this repair?
Thanks Hillbilly |

Pre chambers???
I think you are saying that you removed the pre chambers, and now you have a leak around your injectors.
Is this correct?

When I changed out my #1 prechamber, there was a good hissing leak around the PC alignment key/tab.
I let it run like that for a few miles and then re-tightened it, bam, no leak. Sometimes you must let things settle and retorque. |

yes it would be the prechambers. And I will try tightening after I run it a while. What did you use to tighten your prechamber?
Thanks for the input. Hillbilly |
