Glowplug Upgrade?
Has anyone seen this and/or used it? I need new glowplugs so just wondering if it's worth upgrading...

Pricing it better! But, for my '84 300D, would it be worth going to that newer relay setup? Is the upgrade a direct swap?
Reason I ask, I do not want to compromise durability with an upgrade such as this if it can pose problems.

Thanks for bringing this up, I need to read about this. Is this what you would call an afterglow kit? Does the stock setup turn off the glowplugs when you hit the starter?
