I,m looking at a 1984 300SD 295k miles. Tranny is shot, motor runs strong and turbo seems to be in good shape. Body is in better shape than my current 84 SD. He wants $400. Worth it?
The real quandry is another friend has a 1979 MGB with a good body and interior but it had an underhood fire. I think I could probably get this car for $200 at least that will be my offer. Which do I buy or do I get both (could cause problems with the mate.)? Thanks Tater

At those prices, you HAVE to get both ;) Storage can't be a problem in a place called "Tater Ridge". ;)
