Sorry about the neg but he would have left you pos feedback as soon as you paid if he was a good seller, you did the right thing, you just can't win with some people. May you will get the chance to do him a disservice in the future.

I think you are also allowed a follow up to his response to your feedback of him.
You also need to buy several small items(no more rims), and pay quickly, from sellers that you know leave good/quick feedback so your neg will not show up on the first page of your feedbacks.
