Return fuel line
I am installing a second tank for WVO using a Pollak valve. Can anyone tell me if the return line has to go back to the tank or can it "T" back into the feed line? Thanks

You would have to be a little more detailed in what you are trying to do... where is the pollak mounted? are you worried about cross contamination? give us a basic layout of your plans. Also I would recomend looking at www.frybrid.com/manual for diagrams on WVO system

You can do either. If you do the T option (more commonly known as a loop) be sure to put the T before the lift pump, so as not to over-pressurize the IP. I am still debating on weather to use a return or loop system. The loop design has no prevision to get air out of the system. Also, I am not sure if the return from the IP and injectors could be damaged in the long run by having vacuum applied to them by the lift pump. In the stock configuration the returns are under a slight pressure because they are forcing fuel back to the tank. Both systems have been run with out problems.
