Sorry, I couldn't resist.
Brian, funny you should mention that. I had a similar sentence in my post and deleted it not wanting to offend anybody.

I like "easyest", "threw" instead of "through" -BTW- I died laughing when I saw your post come up on my email.

Is he not a college student? Lost without spellcheck I guess

He modified the posting to get rid of the offending statements. I really wonder what that car looks like in person.

I can't offend Hattie. He teases me about how slow I drive and I tease him on his spelling. I've mentioned to him that he needs to get on the ball if he wants to do well in employment after he gets out of college.

I used to be the worlds greatest speller, but now that I'm older I can't spell much anymore.

And names go right through me.

I am still good with numbers. As long as there are not too many

Cheers,

Bill

The current bid is at almost $5000 , with 2 days left... I however noticed some more statements, which I don't really like ...

FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT DON'T KNOW THESE CARS GET PROXIMITY 30% BETTER FUEL MILEAGE THAN A CAR THIS SIZE AND THE FUEL COST ARE ABOUT 10-20% LESS.

What other car would be comparing it too, and what sized engine would it have to be able to make the statment that it gets 30% better fuel economy? There are many gas powered cars about the same size and power that get better economy than the old OM617. Also with the diesel prices being at what they are, the fuel costs are about the same or more when compared to driving a comprable ga$$er...

It is hard for me to give this car away but I already have three Mercedes diesel cars and my driveway started to be crowded. My three cars already have 300k miles and the engines are just started there life.

So this guy wants to keep his other 3 MB diesels that have other 300K miles, yet he wants to sell one that has 250,000 miles and is supposedly in very good condition

Is that over spray

Is that over spray on the left rear tire, or is that the reflection of a house? It must be a reflection of a house, cause the chicken coop is in the background
