Question MB diesel pickup truck?

Where is it.
Have a local buyer for it, he likes strange things.
I can't even find the thread now.

Someone posted a link several months ago that showed a MB converted to a Ranchero type looking truck, it was on a flat bed truck someone spotted and took a picture.

If the bucks don't turn you away, the dodge with the cummins and the bosch injection pump are the ticket. The cheapest decent ones I have seen start around $7K.

Yup Randy, that is the one whunter is seeking. Shoot, when he and I were discussing that TD (truk diesel ) tonight I found I still had the picture loaded on my camera. I caught it just after crossing into Arkansas after leaving you and Greg in the field.

PS Roy, I'll be working on that other aspect we were discussing tomorrow or Thursday. Hopefully I'll find an answer to you question.

If there were enough interest, maybe we could get a shop to start doing this convert on older MB's? The wider SD body might work well for the mod?

What would be a "reasonable" price for a top-notch job on something like this?

I'd rather have a W126 wagon; now that would be a great-looking vehicle.
