Dash board screw covers W123

I did 4 searches.

At about knee level below the steering wheel, there are screws with little plastic covers to hold the lower dash panels on. I'm missing the plastic covers from the drivers side and those on the passenger side are the wrong color. I need them to be Tan instead of Palomino.

1. What are these little covers called?
2. Where can I order them?
3. If no one knows the answers to 1. or 2., do you have any you'd be willing to part with, either in Tan or (gasp)Palomino?

I know this is nitpicky, but nobody is willing to sell me their crossbars for the roof rack or the extendable cargo cover for the W123 300TD. I needed to think of something.
My wife asked me what I wanted for Christmas and I'm easy to please.

You can tell life is good for me,right now. :)

I purchased some form the dealer last year. It's easy for them to locate. Not to expensive

You can get these from Fastlane. They're not on the web site, but if you call Phil he will know what you're talking about. I bought some for my 240D last year.

Thanks!

Now, if anyone else does a search for these, there will be something.

I've got two roof rack cross bars- never use them and they are noisy at highway speeds. If you find a company that sells them, let me know what the price is- I am interested in knowing how much they cost.
