Canadian Military MB "Jeeps"
Yeah I know- Canadian Armed Forces never die in battle- they always die trying to get there, so don't pick on me!
Seems we're plagued with hardware troubles- with our old Navy 'copters dropping from the sky, and the recent severe and tragic fire aboard one of our "new-to-U" subs. The latest scuttle is about "cracking floor panels" on our recently purchased Mercedes "Jeeps" as the press calls them. Hmmm...- when I lifted the carpets on my car, I noticed a whole bunch of cracks too, but it appears to be cracks in the thick (presumed) sound deadening coating they put on the floor- there are no cracks in the metal itself! The news says that MB is going to come good for this and fix all the "Jeeps", but my gawd.. we do have far more serious problems with military hardware than this to deal with don't we??? Yes, as a fellow Canadian I can assure you there are worse problems with our military hardware. Do you realize that some of our naval vessels still carry insurance against falling off the edge of the world.

Well, if a ship does fall off the edge of the world they can pay for a new one.... very good insurance for the insurance company!

i have it on very good authority
that when a ship falls of the end of the world it doesn't fall. it simpley floats on another square until it "falls" back to where it came from. occassionally these squares are covered with land and it is possible to be on a wet square and then change squares and be stuck on land. i have this from a friend of a friend who read it on the internet.
