New Rule for eBay:

I think eBay should institute a new rule:

There will be a $25 fee attached if you want to use the word "Rare" in your auction for any reason. Then if your car really was that freakin' "rare" you wouldn't have any problem w/ such a fee.

Let's start a petition.

Just a suggestion...(frustration can be the mother of invention too! )

Believe me, if eBay thought that they could make more money with such a rule, then they would make it so!

How about this

For those clowns that claim these engines easily make 500,000 miles.
Warrant it for that length of time, eh?

I love the stupid people on ebay, the listings entertain me. The use of "rare" crosses over to many makes and models of cars. In the Subaru forum I belong to, there was a Subaru listed on ebay, and the seller went on about how rare the car was, and how it was worth $10,000. Then a few days later he started posting on it, saying how rare the car was, and how it was worth $10,000, and how he contacted Fuji Heavy Industries, and they told him it was rare. The car was not that rare, and was maybe worth $4000 at most. Then the guy goes on about he got a MB Kompresor and a RUF Porsche and he knows it all, and how he has an estate and his "guys" do all the work on his cars, yet on his web page that magically disappeared, it shows that he lives in a run down mobile home. My point of this story is, that the word "rare" on ebay is not just limited to MB diesels and MB's in General, and the people who use them can be very entertaining, especially when they start posting on forums defending how much their cars are worth and how much they know...
