I agree heartily! Years ago, I did a remodel of a business with smoke and fire damage. Believe me, no off-the-shelf soap or deodorizer would even touch it. Airing out did not help much either. A friend recommended the fire dept. They sold a solution for use in a sprayer. Great stuff!
