Does anyone have pictures for reference of the seat switch?

I use this. The switch is the same one on the land rover.

I had to take another one apart to use as a reference guide. I learned with one how it came apart and what to look out for. Now that I've done this a few times it does get a little easier/ better each time. Use a pair of needle nose tweezers to help reinstall. It may not be the right stuff but I did use some petrolium jelly (vasoline) to lube up the rockers etc.

Vasoline is nearly ideal for that. The only better option would be silicone dielectric grease.

I was trying to fix one I had. I had it sitting on my workbench ready to go back together. I had forgotten it was sitting there and tossed a shop rag on the table. I remembered as the rag went flying but it was too late.
