Someone complimented the smell of my exhaust

I was filling up at a local BP today and left the 300sd running. A woman filling up her Jeep Cherokee next to me complimented the smell of my exhaust and said it brought back fond memories of a family fishing trip on a diesel charter boat. We got to talking (I am married so - no I was not trying to hit on her) and the tranny was about to bite the dust in her Cherokee and is going to cost $2000 to repair. By the time we were done talking, she was serious about looking for a used Mercedes diesel. How about that for wierd?!

The first wife's father was a processor captain in Alaska. To her, diesel was a masculine smell and was a bit frisky whenever I came home from the steel mill smelling like fuel oil. She wanted to know if I’d stood under the “diesel dripper”.

Whatever

Hey, whatever guys. I am a preacher. Happily married with 2 year old daughter. This lady just wanted to talk. She was just divorced and her husband took her to the cleaners. She was anticipating him coming to steal the car anyday. She said, "Let him have the thing and I hope the tranny blow up on him!" I convinced her she could buy a 240D or 300D pretty cheap and drive it reliably around wherever. She said she was going to start looking.
