Why don't they make cost-is-no-object luxury cars with 2 fillers like old Jags?

Especially when they realize it is a MERCEDES DIESEL.

and in the parking lot....

I'm driving the backup car...1985 300D with a dented passenger side front fender. The looks I get driving into the parking lot --- we have a lot of consultants; a guy from Cleveland came up to me and was in awe of the MB. I couldn't tell him enough about the car.
