The craigslist car pricing police catches a 350sd in LA

A 91 350SD for sale in Hollywood.

But here is a concerned individual's thoughts on the seller's asking price Perhaps he is just an uninformed motorist.

The concerned indivudual clearly had no idea of the value of these vehicles.

$12K for a decent 1991 350SD is entirely reasonable. You can pay $10K for a 1987 300 SDL.

But, I wouldn't buy one of these becasue of the well known risks.

Yeah, lol, we ought to put an ad in Craig's List for a W123 at a price of $13K.
That ought to make his brain explode.

Someone in Thousand Oaks had a w115 240d with supposedly 8900 original miles on ebay awhile back. I forgot to check the final price or if it even sold. I guess they were saving it for a time such as now when w123's run 13k. Seems kinda silly since they probably spent the purchase price of the car to store it for 30 years
