2.500TD 10v vs 2.500TD 20v vs 3.000TD 12v

Hi there
i have these 3 engines to choose from for my W201 ... the 3000TD 12v is harder to fit, but it will fit ...

So, what do you think it's the best choice ? ( i'm thinking on 250HP with some finnish help :P )
