Got Heat???

I have a 1983 300dt (my first car) that has no heat due to a lack in heat blower brushes. I have searched ebay, Fastlane, and a number of other sites. Does anyone know where to get some?

I know there are some old threads here where people have described buying generic brushes at the hardware store and adapting them to the blower motor. You could probably find by searching under brushes.

If you can't find brushes anywhere else, I believe **************.com sells a blower repair booklet with brushes, but it is seriously overpriced, someting like $30 if I remember it correctly.
