All else fails and you don't want to seek out shareware, MSPaint (the good ole standby) will open your photo (WinXP you right click and click "edit" on your picture) and you can then click on the Image Menu then on "Stretch/Skew" then just reduce by percentage until your file fits :)
I usually take my 1024 by 768 pictures down by about 50 shrink on each side and they seem to fit fine :) |
