84 300 Turbo Diesel
Now that I have adjusted the wastgate on my turbo and ALDA on injection pump my system is producing 10 psi at 3100 rpm, is there an estimated way of telling if the car has aywhere close to the performance that it had when it was new.

Time it
Zero to sixty is a fair indicator of performance.
I use a sand filled egg timer.
