I've noticed that with mine, even though it's not running 100% right now.. it is slow to downshift.. the revvs will go up and you wait a second, then BANG your down a gear. The trans in my car has been serviced regularly and shifts great otherwise. Might be a quirk with these cars.

I don't know. Mine shifts pretty decent. Someone mentioned HNDOC, I believe that he had better shifting after he changed the fluid.
