Had an alignment done a month ago, they did a horrible job so now I have to look for another place in West LA. Any Los Angeles MB owners with a good suggestion?

I've pretty much only had good luck with dealer alignments. If you go to a shop, ask them if they use the spreader bar and lock the steering box as per the Mercedes instructions. If they get that deer in the headlights look, go to the next shop.
