Veg Oil Converters- Did you tap into coolant line before or after the electric pump?

IE in between the hardline and the electric pump or between the electric pump and the water pump? Any particular reason for doing what you did?

Vehicle is '85 300TD 617 engine

Thanks in Advance,

John

I would recommend installing it before the pump on both sides. When the pump is not running it will prevent any coolant from circulating.

I teed into the heater line from the head (hot water out) and the coolant return to the engine just near alternator on our 300Ds. Plenty of hot water available all of the time.
ps, I don't have the ACC, just manual HVAC controls | simplicity = perfection | .
