How do you remove the door mud guard?

Looks like the carpet should be tucked under it but somehow came loose. I need to remove this cover to reinstall the carpet.

It is the long plastic guard that runs along the side of the driver's side. i assume it is a mud guard. you see it when you open the door and look down.

i see no screws to undo. does it somehow snap in?

I'm getting the car ready for spring.

I pulled mine up...it has some sort of snap thing built in...once your done doing what you are doing, you just pop it back on.

I would wait until its warm if you are in a colder climate. Plastics don't like the cold.
