Without being too vague...
what are the performance possibilities of a late '80s 300 TD? I would like the car to run somewhat like a gas engine, if possible. I love diesels and wondered what realistic mods I could make to increase the power output and retain longevity?Thanks in advance.

Connect kickdown switch to jet assist pack on roof, passing performance will then equal a PT Cruiser with about 75,000 miles on it. Drive it off a cliff and the zero to 60 times are similar to a New Beetle gasser.
