HA! The monovalve and aux H2O pump were MISSING from my 126 when I got it... it was always blowing hot air into the vehicle. Very unpleasant to say the least.

I have a question now... can there ever be a time when the Monovalve can't be rebuilt and has to be replaced?

Of course there can. There can always be a time when things can't be rebuilt!

Is it acceptable manner for me to post where a monovalve kit can be bought at cheaper price?

I have seen the valve housing essentially disintegrate, possibly from the use of improper antifreeze. Or very extended antifreeze replacement intervals. But the more common diaphram failure is certainly repairable.
I must say that I do not consider the the replacement of all parts a "rebuild." Perhaps your definition of "rebuild" is different.
