'82 300D motor mts?

Any tips on R&R? It looks tough to get at the bolts on the passenger side.
Got a bum shoulder here so a may have to take it to the shop. Rather do it myself if possible.
Thanks,
Dan

They are easier to get to from underneath the car. Remove the large bolt, then jack the engine up and you will have better access to the two screws that attach the mount to the frame.

Thanks guys. I think I'll order the mounts and tackle it myself. What size is the allen bolt?
My brother has a trailer mounted hot water pressure washer he uses at his winery to clean SS tanks. Looks like I may be asking to borrow it.

Its a pretty easy and therefore rewarding job. I can't remember the exact size of the allen bolt but its one of the basic ones that come in a set of five. Nothing wierd.

I just got through doing mine, and I believe the one you access from the bottom is 8mm, and the two you access from the top are 6mm. It is not hard to do, although I didn't have all the turbo stuff to deal with.
