If this is so, and it works as good as it appears to....then what are you drinking when you drink a Pepsi or Coke product??

On Mythbusters (awesome show on discovery channel) they tried using plain old coke to polish chrome, and it worked wonders! No wonder it eats through peoples insides.....

So did you use a dremel and polishing tool to get that shine? Some of my chrome is pretty "milky"... the chrome trim around the front and rear windshields. What puzzles me though is that the bumpers still shine like new after 20 years...what gives?

Yeah, the aluminum trim around my car is so called "milky" but, my chrome bumpers look good.

What can we do to make the trim look as good as the bumpers?

green magic

first of all i have no affiliation with green magic.

the trim is all aluminum and stainless.

my trim now shines like my bumpers.

i will try to post a before pic of my windshield trim.

no dremell just apply with a paper towell and it will turn black, let dry and buff off with a dry t-shirt.

trust me this stuff works wonders.

now i will go and apply, wait a few and u 2 will see

There is actually an agent in Coke that is also used to clean blood off the highways after major accidents. Drink up ...

There was a thread about this stuff in the detailing section. It seems one of our members bought it at a flea market in Houston but after a while couldn't find it anymore. Hallelujah, the Green Magic has been found!

The old thread is here.
