Gentle rolling motion when stopped

Scenario. Sitting at a stop light in drive foot on brake. I feel a gentle rolling motion. I know this is an angular momentum issue. I was just wondering if this says something about my shock absorbers, to high of idle speed, normal operation or something else. Thanks.

Normal operation.

Perfect damping and isolation does not exist on any vehicle. :)

Thanks. I figured that was the case but after my recent experiences I thought I would ask if that was normal!

boneheaddoctor 05-12-2005 02:53 PM

Gentile is normal...now if coffee is splashing out of your cup you might have a problem.

rolling over

now did you do a complete roll? if so i think this would be a little hard on the paint.

LMAO. I was thinking in more the terms like a gentle rolling sea. While on this subject what is the lifetime of the engine shocks that are beside the mounts?
