That looks like a regular 240 to me, the title says 300D but the specs list a 4 cylinder and it has the idle adjust knob......

Why? Are you thinking of trading your E300 for the 300D Euro 4-speed again? Wanna go back?

Looks pretty nice. Astral / Charcoal. Too bad I am approximately 15,900,000 feet away from it. I couldn't make it their and back by foot in time for supper(fuel is just too expensive. Just do things the way my Grandpappy would've).

It's a genuine 300D according to the MB Russian Club Site... see below. An idler knob was available for some W123 Euro-models - I know 'cause I had one before.... according to the Russian site, it ONLY left the factory with 5 options! And NOTICE: it's a 617.912 engine which means it is indeed a non-turbo diesel...
