Watch your daughters...I got a new suit and the SDL is going out...

Well, I got a new (very old) suit from the Salvation Army. Total cost=$5.00 It was Wednesday and those are 50% off says I guess. Here is a picture of me in front of my Panzer SDL. Note the refinished rims and the sweeeet pants. Out of curiosity, I'm sure you have all had a suit like this at some time

I got to go surprise my girlfriend now, I'm sure she'll love it.

-David

Yes, you can see the rust around my sway bar but I'm hoping to have that taken care of in the next month or so. Also, you can see where the PO tried to spray paint the top part of the bumper cover.

Thanks Again
David

Yes, that is quite the outfit. I hope your girlfriend is "open minded".

BTW, that's not a suit you've got there. It's a sports jacket and a pair of slacks (from the '50's ).

The SDL looks fine, however. I didn't realize that it's the same color as Hatties.

The wheels look good!

If I was single and had a girlfriend with a sense of Humor I would get a Matlock suit for the hell of it.....However my wife would not leave the house with me if I tried that.

The car looks great, and the sport coat and slax would go well with some period music from good old WOWO.

Rockin!

I've warned some girlfriends in the past that I can't wait to be old enough and wealthy enough to not care, whereby I will buy a pair of plaid slacks and green loafers.

Be careful though, the girls I told that to are now ex-girlfriends - coincidence?

Thumbs up

I have a pic of me with the '84 300D I owned, it's highly comical. Pinstripes and all.
