Previous owner left the engine running and forgot about it... overnight. At some point the radiator started to leak, till nothing was left and the engine continued to run till it stopped. In the morning when he realized it, it was seized, wouldn't even turn over. Very low compression (55psi) on cyl 5 now among others.
