Be careful about that fan clutch being bad...if it comes apart you could risk your fan taking a nice bite out of the radiator

I dont believe is to that point yet, it just spins too freely at hot shut down and if I dont run the aux fan it starts to run hot due to the lack of air flow from the main fan, I know I have to replace it but its a PITA on the 603, and they're expensive, I will try to make a special tool just like Dave (GSXR) did to pull it out without pulling the radiator.

Oh yeah you guys have to pull the radiator. The W126 body has a lot more room up front so I have plenty of room to get an allen wrench in their. Pulling the fan is a 10 minute job on my car.
