Rear Window defogger Relay

Can anyone advise where the rear window timer / relay is for my 1981 240D ? Under the hood or under the dash ? I know where the A/C relay and aux han relays are.

I would like to know also.
Can not find it listed in the wiring diagram I have???

Remove the dash speaker on the driver's side front. The relay is directly below the speaker.
